Do I need to set up an account with you?

You have the choice of either setting up an account or checking out as a guest.

Do you take custom orders?

We currently do not accept custom orders at this time.

Does the wind ever stop blowing in Port Orford?

Only when it changes direction lol. (This is for all those who have been to Port Orford).

I want to return my purchase. What do I do?

You may return your unused merchandise within 10 days of receiving it, for a full refund minus shipping charges.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Mastercard or Visa. Payments by check take up to 14 business days to process.

How long before my order ships?

Orders are generally shipped in 1 day after your order is processed, as long as the items or in stock. You will be contacted as soon as the order is received to confirm it. If out of stock and need to be made this can take up to two weeks to complete and you will be notified asap if thats the case. Shipping normally takes betwen 3-7 business days, we ship either USPS or UPS which ever is the best rate.
